1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bcd44.io or any associated mobile interface, creating a player account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bcd44 and supersede any prior communications or representations.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility

Use of bcd44 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of bcd44, nor a close family member of any such person.

• You are of sound mind and are not gambling under duress, financial pressure, or in a state of impairment.

bcd44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bcd44. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. bcd44 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bcd44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team, you may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bcd44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT). Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are method-dependent and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. bcd44 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification.

4.4 Deposits Must Be From Own Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bcd44 account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. bcd44 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit it deems unusual or of high value.

4.5 Refused and Reversed Transactions

bcd44 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or policy violation. In the event that a deposit is later found to have been made fraudulently or through a disputed payment method, bcd44 is entitled to reverse the transaction and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and reload offers are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period applicable to each promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms and conditions. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before the expiry of a bonus will result in the automatic removal of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bcd44 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; using low-risk betting strategies (such as equal staking on opposing outcomes) specifically to clear wagering requirements; and exploiting promotional terms through systematic staking patterns that contradict the spirit of the offer. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotional eligibility.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully met. Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, bcd44 reserves the right to remove the active bonus and any associated winnings from the account balance before processing the withdrawal of remaining real-money funds.

5.4 Promotional Amendments

bcd44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its cancellation will not be adversely affected by retroactive changes to wagering requirements already in progress.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on bcd44 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. bcd44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after an event's outcome is already determined, where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds, or where the account has been flagged for review.

6.2 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp" — bcd44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the player. Winnings generated as a direct consequence of a palpable error are not payable.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games, are governed by their individual game rules as published by the respective game providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Red Tiger, and Spribe). In the event of a conflict between the bcd44 platform terms and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules take precedence in respect of the specific game mechanics and payout structures.

6.4 Disconnections During Live Games

bcd44 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage during an active game session. Where technically feasible, the Platform will attempt to resume the session from its last confirmed state. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bcd44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate profits beyond what would have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity related to the manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from any form of criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any legitimate deposit transaction after the corresponding funds have been wagered.
• Impersonating another player or submitting falsified identity documents during the verification process.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bcd44 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of bcd44 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bcd44.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bcd44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored on SSL-encrypted servers and is never sold to unaffiliated third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

bcd44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. bcd44 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bcd44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by bcd44

bcd44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been violated, that prohibited conduct has occurred, that the account presents a risk of fraudulent activity or money laundering, or that the account holder is not eligible to use the Platform.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bcd44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been fulfilled.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they are experiencing difficulties managing their gambling behaviour are encouraged to request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be blocked and no new account may be opened. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally recognised principles of international online gaming law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, bcd44 and the affected player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the first written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents bcd44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent prohibited conduct.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
